Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date. Transfers: Participants may transfer their registration to another individual or reschedule for a future course date or an online course without penalty if requested at least 7 days before the course start date. Transfers must be used within 6 months of the original course date. Course Changes: The institution reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment (minimum of 5 participants required) or unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided in such cases. Attendance Requirements: Participants must attend all scheduled sessions to receive credit for the course; no partial credit will be awarded for incomplete attendance.
