Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled 12 hours or more before the requested start time. Appointments cancelled within the 12 hour window are subject to deposit forfeiture. The earliest a client can book an appointment is 2 weeks in the future. Clients can book appointments within 24 hours of a requested time. Payment info is required for booking.
